A 20-year-old female is BIBA following a collapse. She was witnessed to have a tonic-clonic seizure lasting 3 minutes. The paramedics described her speech as incomprehensible. Upon examination by the paramedics her speech was incomprehensible and her eyes opened with a painful stimulus (sternal rub). She also moved her hands towards her chest during the sternal rub.
