A 36 year old female presents to the GP complaining of dysuria, frequency and urgency. Symptoms started 2 days ago. She is 12 weeks pregnant. On examination her vital signs are within normal range. Her urine dip is positive for leukocytes and nitrates. Nil else. What is the most appropriate management?
