A 55 year old female presents to you in the acute medical assessment unit. She has new onset localised headache, that is only present in the left temporal region. She complains that this has occurred several times before but not localised to one side. She also complains of tenderness and a nodular feeling in that temporal region. On examination, the skin is erythemateous in that area. What is the diagnosis?
