A 56 year old male comes to your general practice with some concerns. He states that his neighbour was diagnosed with prostate cancer and it has made him very anxious that he may have caught it from him. Even though you have explained that prostate cancer, nor any malignancies are contagious, he is still very anxious he has caught it from his neighbour.
