A 59 year old Caucasian female presents to ambulatory care with a headache, which started this morning. She describes the pain as being sharp and constant located on her forehead. She tells you that it is painful for her to answer your questions so she asks her son to give you rest of the history. Her son tells you that she has been complaining discomfort in her throat too. On examination you note that the patient has some visual disturbances and some tenderness when palpating during the jaw clench test. What is your most likely diagnosis?
