You are seeing a 45-year-old female in A&E who has presented with right sided facial weakness. Upon questioning the patient informs you that the symptoms developed over a period of 48 hours. The patient is also complaining of difficulty hearing in the right ear, problems with speech articulation and difficulty chewing. On examination you note that the patient cannot raise the right eyebrow and there is an absence of the nasolabial fold. What is the most likely diagnosis?
