You are seeing a 45-year-old male in a GP setting who has presented with sudden onset of right sided eye pain. On examination you note that he is tender on palpation in the medial canthal region extending to the nose. On general inspection there is also erythema and oedema in this region. You take some observations which are all within normal limits. What is your main differential diagnosis?
